To ensure your complete satisfaction with your Palma Pasta experience, please follow the cooking instructions provided. A reminder to all valued customers that all cooking times are approximate and will vary depending on your oven.

All prepared trays are pre-cooked and only need to be heated prior to serving. Fresh and frozen pasta sold without sauce must be boiled until cooked through before adding sauce and serving.

Cut Pastas

Fettuccine, Spaghetti, Linguine, Angel Hair, Taglietelle

Bring Water to a boil and add salt to taste

Boil for 1-2 minutes

Drain and add sauce

Short Pastas

Penne, Rigatoni, Shells, Fusilli, Radiatore

Bring Water to a boil and add salt to taste

Boil for 3-4 minutes

Drain and add sauce

Stuffed Pastas

Ravioli, Tortellini,
Agnolotti

Bring Water to a boil and add salt to taste

Boil for 6-7 minutes

Drain and add sauce

Gnocchi

Potato Gnocchi, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, etc...

Bring Water to a boil and add salt to taste

Place gnocchi in boiling water and stir gently. Wait until gnocchi float to the top of the boiling water.

Drain and add sauce
