Prepared Trays
Lasagna, Cannelloni, Eggplant Parmigiana & Pasta Rolls
- Extra-Large: Loosen foil lid and place product in preheated oven at 375F for 70-80 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
- Large: Loosen foil lid and place product in preheated oven at 375F for 55-65 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
- Medium: Remove plastic lid and replace with foil paper. Place product in preheated oven at 375F for 45-55 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
- Small: Remove plastic lid and replace with foil paper. Place product in preheated oven at 375F for 35-45 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
Short, Stuffed & Cut Pasta
- Extra-Large: Loosen foil lid and place product in preheated oven at 375F for 60-70 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
- Large: Loosen foil lid and place product in preheated oven at 375F for 45-55 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
- Medium: Remove plastic lid and replace with foil paper. Place product in preheated oven at 375F for 35-45 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
- Small: Remove plastic lid and replace with foil paper. Place product in preheated oven at 375F for 30-40 minutes. If frozen thaw in fridge for one day and follow above cooking instructions.
Meats
- Small & Medium: Remove plastic lids and replace with foil paper
- Large & Extra-Large: Loosen Foil Lid
Preheat oven to 375F for 30-40 minutes.
Vegetables & Rice
Preheat oven to 375F and warm up for 15-30 minutes.
Fresh/Frozen Pasta
Cut Pasta (Fettuccine, Spaghetti, etc...)
Bring water to a boil and add salt to taste. Place pasta in boiling water and wait until water returns to boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and add sauce.
Short Pasta (Penne, Rigatoni, etc...)
Bring water to a boil and add salt to taste. Place pasta in boiling water and wait until water returns to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and add sauce.
Stuffed Pasta (Ravioli, Tortellini, etc...)
Bring water to a boil and add salt to taste. Place pasta in boiling water and wait until water returns to boil and cook for 6-8 minutes. Drain and add sauce.
Gnocchi
Bring water to a boil and add salt to taste. Place Gnocchi in boiling water, two gentle stirs. Wait until Gnocchi float to the top of the boiling water (should take about 2-4 minutes). Drain and add sauce.
